James Gleeson
James Gleeson is a health writer and Personal Trainer at Tribe Social Fitness, in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. He has over 25 years experience as an athlete, athletics coach, consultant, personal trainer, educator and independent researcher.
James won an Athletics Scholarship and studied in the United States in 1991.
