This is the Couch Stretch for Tight Hips – open up your hips after hours in the same position. It will also relieve your lower back pain and increase your overall mobility. Ideal for office workers or travellers stuck in a chair for long periods.

Easy Hip Rotation Exercise You Can Do Mid Flight – keep circulation flowing and prevent discomfort without leaving your seat.

In this video, Troy demonstrates a simple seated femur rotation exercise to improve your hip mobility. By performing axial rotation, you can increase flexibility and remove hip and lower back tension. This exercise is perfect for those suffering from long haul flights or long periods sitting in meetings at a desk.

The idea is simple: you don’t need a mat, a gym, or a lot of time, just a few minutes, wherever you are. By practicing these mobility moves, you’ll arrive refreshed, reduce the risk of aches and stiffness, and make the preparation for the journey and trip itself part of your wellness routine.

Finally, try this good morning exercise. It will help strengthen your posterior chain, including hamstrings, glutes and lower back. Ideal for travellers who have been stuck in a chair for a long period of time. And it promotes better posture and spinal alignment.
